Main tasks and plans

• The most important initial task was to clear the area of weed, then perform landscaping and imparkation.
• A permanent main stage (100 m2) with a roof will be constructed.
• Construction of a sanitary block with 6 lavatories for women and 6 for men, and also 4 showers for women and 4 for men, respectively.
• We are also planning to build a 500 m2 concrete area that would host tire smoking shows during car-motorbike meetings, and could function as a concrete football field at other occasions.
• In addition to the concrete one, we also plan to create a grass football field. Taking advantage of the natural landscape, the two fields will be positioned next to a hill taking up one and a half hectares of land, and also providing stands for the spectators. The main stage will be located approx. 300 meters form the bottom of the other side of the hill.
• A nostalgic roadhouse evoking the 1960’s and 70’s will also be constructed, furnished with music relics, photos and newspaper articles from the era. This establishment would also be able to serve educational purposes, and could host smaller gigs and later alternative exhibitions.
• The area will have a 2-kilometer-long road system.
• Our plans also include the creation of 10 spit-roasting and cooking sites surrounded by trees.
• Utilizing a small creek springing within the area, an artificial pond with a surface area of approx. one and a half hectares will also be created.

Our company, Blues Hill Kft., has already started investments, but we are also engaged in ongoing negotiations with several significant would-be sponsors (Good Year, Pepsi, Mustang Jeans, Borsodi Sörgyár).

The sponsorship contracts will be entered into for a 5 year period, meaning that the advertisement billboards of our sponsors will be placed at a highly visible location, at the spectacular main entrance, for 5 years. In this way, a single amount invested would ensure the sponsoring company’s appearance at every event for 5 years, and a chance for 25-30 thousand people to see the company’s ads every year. Additionally, facing the main entrance, a 20,000 m2 parking area will be constructed.

Blues Hill Park will offer the fans of quality music and nature-lovers highly enjoyable recreation with loads of experiences.

All of you are welcome at our opening ceremony, the date of which will be announced later.
